In their capacity as environmental planners and consultants, Amphibio’s staff sit on multidisciplinary teams tasked with preparing plans at all levels and stages of planning.

Strategic Planning-

A strategic plan is a document which reflects the vision of a given area/locality and lays out potential development principles. A master plan can address a variety of environmental issues such as wastewater, open areas and waste.

Master Plans-

A master plan is a general plan for an area/locality which specifies land usage and main infrastructures.  Among others, it covers environmental concerns such as drainage, water, geology and more, thus requiring consultants who specialize in these specific fields. 

City Building Plans-

A city building plan is a legal document aimed at regulating land usage in a given area. In preparing these plans, it is important to take into account environmental factors in the planning and in the regulations.
